What is the best makeup remover from a drugstore?

Question by Hunter Wallace Due Sept 17th: What is the best makeup remover from a drugstore?
I use olay regenerist face wash and I like that but I find it doesnt take all my make up off so I am thinking I just need a makeup remover for before I wash my face( for my foundation and even eye makeup would be great) I dont care if they are towelettes or a wash. Anyone had any luck with a particular brand? Thanks!
Im not looking for an eyemakeup remover but an over all makeup remover.

for eye makeup, the clean and clear one is really good. basically, for eye makeup, if its the kind that you have to shake to mix the two layers of cleanser stuff its probably good.
