What is going to happen with the deep sea horizon oil reservoir when all the current problems are resolved? Is the oil in there ever going to find it's way to the oil market?

Yes, the oil will eventually be extracted. It remains to be seen tho if BP will attempt to pump from the main well, the relief well, or move and drill a new well.
