doxycycline tablets (100mg) once a day, should completely clear it up although she may have to take it for awhile. I used some when i broke out on my chin and after one capsule a day for the last 3 days its all but gone, although very severe people with acne say they needed to take it for a few months for them to completely clear. Available only by prescription so you just need to go to your doctor/or a skin person and they will prescribe it for your acne
