it will get rid of spots and scares. But it is dependent on how deep your scaring is and weather you require far more then a single skin peeling done. you should go to a dermatologist and see if he/she suggests it or not. Do not get ones offline not protected and those are not genuinely chemical peels and can permanently damage your skin if not done appropriate. Hope that help
