I prefer foaming cleansers due to the fact it feels softer than the gel ones. I used neutrogena few years again but i imagined it was as well expenive so i switched to Noxzema. its a bit more affordable than Nuetrogena and so far i never have a one pimple. I have had terrible acne for about 8 years and I prefer Noxzema above any other cleanser.
