How many times do I use cleansing foam?

Question by thepolishway: How several instances do I use cleansing foam?
I just purchased Shiseido's cleansing foam for men, and it doesn't say how a lot of instances I use it a day/week. I do not want to overdue it, but so far I have just utilised it when today. Any help appreciated.

generally only the moment a day, or twice if you want. Day or Evening. I like to use it at night.
